Two SCAPE Projects honored with ASLA New York wards

This year, two SCAPE projects were honored with Merit Awards by the American Society of Landscape Architects’ New York chapter.

Malt Drive Park located in Queens, New York won a Merit award in the Residential Design category. As a significant addition to Hunter's Point South, the park extends waterfront access by 700 feet and offers the community a space for daily recreation and connection.

Pratt East Hall Plaza was awarded a Merit award in the General Design category. Located in Brooklyn, SCAPE transformed Pratt Institute’s East Hall Plaza from an empty hardscape to an open gathering space that reflects the campus' historic and industrial aesthetics. Carefully selected materials and textures stay true to the identity of Pratt's student body.

Congratulations to the full team!
