Kate and Pippa will speak on Monday on a panel at Columbia Law School regarding the recently issued official sea level rise projections. The panel, “New York Sea Level Rise Projections: Implications for Law, Land Use, Buildings and Infrastructure,” will explore the consequences of these projections, now embodied in a formal regulation.
